With over 20+ years spanning the private, not-for-profit and government sectors, I offer a wealth of expertise in multi-stakeholder, land use negotiation and resource management planning.  My diverse background in public relations and adult education allows me the ability to develop programming designed to meet the specific needs of each client. My experience in business and accounting gives me the skills to carefully manage budgets and control expenses. 

 

From program conception and initial strategic planning, though to post project evaluation, some of the key areas I can assist with include:    

  • Program planning, analysis, risk assessment and development.

  • Develop process improvements aimed at achieving objectives.

  • Monitor program progress throughout all life cycle phases.

  • Work with program team, business partners, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet or exceed project expectations.

  • Develop and recommend evaluation methods to measure program effectiveness.
